**Description**:
As the Campus Operations Administrator you will be a key part of the Campus Team at Bath Spa University Campus in Hoxton, East London.

**About the Role**:
You will provide professional administration services and general technical support for all taught programmes and events.

You will have reception duties and will act as the first point of contact for students, lecturers, and visitors to Bath Spa University London campus. Within the role you will establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with academics and professional services staff, whilst providing administration and management of campus resources and timetables, also working with data from multiple sources, co-ordinating attendance records.

You will work across numerous university systems, helping ensure services are effective and efficient and compliant with University policies and regulations.

**About You**:
You will be positive and have a highly proactive approach to supporting students in an ever-changing environment.

You will possess strong administrative, data analysis and organisational skills and a flexible can-do attitude.You’ll enjoy communicating clearly and effectively as you deal with a wide variety of people across the University.

With a strong eye for detail and ability to work at pace with accuracy, it is essential you have excellent written communication skills for maintaining student records. Ideally you will have a background in Higher Education, but this is not essential.

**Additional Information**:
**Salary - Grade 5 + MPS**

**£27,979 - £31,396 plus MPS of £2500**

**Full Time/ Part Time/Term Time**
