**Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Empire of Ideas**

Empire of Ideas is on a mission to harness the unique timing of the AI revolution to launch and scale a series of new businesses. We build and sell ventures rapidly while inspiring and teaching others to do the same.

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly structured, systems-oriented COO to partner directly with the Founder. The COO will take ownership of operations, offshore team management, AI-driven process design, and marketing execution—allowing the Founder to focus on creativity, sales, and vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Build, document, and optimize systems and processes from scratch across multiple ventures.
- **AI + Automation Integration**: Deploy AI tools and workflow automations to maximize efficiency across marketing, sales, and delivery.
- **Team Management**: Lead and coordinate a small offshore team to ensure execution at speed and scale.
- **Business Launch & Growth**: Drive rapid launch of new businesses, ensuring each has clear operating structures, metrics, and growth paths.
- **Marketing Operations**: Oversee campaign execution, content scheduling, and funnel optimization to support growth.
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize for results across all projects.
- **Strategic Execution**: Translate Founder’s vision into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones.
- **Exit Readiness**: Systematize businesses for fast scalability and potential sale to fund further growth.
- Logical, structured thinker with strong operational discipline.
- Proven experience creating and scaling systems from zero.
- Comfortable working across multiple domains and industries simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of AI, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Skilled at managing offshore teams.
- Metrics-driven operator with a focus on speed, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
- Comfortable working closely with the Founder as a thought partner and executor.

**Practical Details**
- Location: Remote, but in person regularly. Founder is Scottish, based in New York.
- Type: Full-time with flexibility.
- Compensation: Competitive, with real performance-based upside aligned to venture success.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
