**Regional Courier Engagement Coordinator**
We are recruiting for multiple Engagements Coordinators to work onsite at various sites within a particular region, for one of the UK’s largest courier companies.
For this role you MUST have a valid driving licence as some travelling will be required.
The primary goal of this role is to support the local services centres in maximising courier handover, in line with the region’s specific targets. The position will be responsible for ensuring all recruiting and onboarding processes are in a place and adhered to. Supporting the local sites to improve their courier engagement and retention rates through a number of proactive initiatives.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Onboarding:
- Ensure all sites within the region take a standardised and consistent approach to the recruitment and onboarding of new couriers. Ensuring all new starters are well
- equipped to begin their roles efficiently and effectively, improving courier retention.
Courier Engagement & Retention:
- Act as a key point of contact for new couriers, identifying pain points, resolving issues, and promoting a positive working environment that encourages high performance and commitment.
- Supportthecourierbriefinganddebriefingprocessesatdefinedintervals.Conducting regular check in calls during day 1, week 1 and month 1, helping to analyse and understand issues that impact courier engagement and retention.
- Using insights from these sessions to inform operational teams to help develop solutions to solve problems, increasing courier satisfaction, and enhancing overall service quality.
- Reviewing and analysing feedback collected at point of training and onboarding to identify opportunities of improvement to help support the retention of courier resource.
Tour Coverage Planning:
- Working closely with the Courier Operations Managers and central resourcing
team to understand resource requirements, allowing the business to reengage and onboard dormant courier resource, giving the local site the opportunity to positively improve the handover percentage and resource flexibility.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and engagement plans. Support initiatives that increase the share of courier-based deliveries and enhance the overall effectiveness of the courier network.
**Skills and Experience**
- **Organisational Skills**:Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**:Proficient in both verbal and written communication. Positive
attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment
- **Technical Proficiency**: Good IT skills working with Microsoft office, including Microsoft
excel, outlook and Microsoft teams

Pay - £12.50 per hour
Temporary role until Christmas (10-12 weeks)
Weekly pay (Every Friday)
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
