*Please note this is a 9 Month FTC*

As Regional Member Engagement Manager, you'll lead the development of an inclusive and connected professional community within your region. • Recruit, onboard, and support Regional Board members to ensure effective governance and strategic alignment.
  • Design and deliver inclusive engagement strategies that reflect the diversity of the regional membership.
  • Organise events and networking opportunities that promote learning, collaboration, and community.
  • Respond to member queries and support candidates, counsellors, and stakeholders across the region.
  • Drive early careers initiatives and outreach to schools and universities to inspire future professionals.
  • Manage regional social media presence and digital storytelling to highlight member achievements and expand visibility.
  • Analyse engagement data and member feedback to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.

About You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll be part of a team that values initiative, inclusivity, and strategic thinking — and you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a purpose-led organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience engaging and influencing professionals across sectors and career stages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience designing and delivering events, programmes, or engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of governance processes and experience supporting boards or committees.
  • Ability to use data and feedback to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Confidence using social media and digital tools to tell compelling stories and grow engagement.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Rewards and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, work-life balance, and future. This includes:

  • 35-hour work week with hybrid and flexible options where possible
