**Job Title**:Control Testing & Assurance: Quality Assurance Officer

You will be joining the Controls Testing & Assurance Team who are responsible for providing assurance to the Management Board, Global Head of AFC and key stakeholders with regards to the design and/or operating effectiveness of the control framework to manage the Bank’s financial crime risks and to respond to regulatory / legal requirements.

The role’s key responsibility is to undertake Quality Assurance and Testing of AFC controls to assess whether they are robust and correctly executed across the bank.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake QA assessments of control groups, including Know Your Client, Transaction Monitoring Investigations Name List Screening and Sanctions Transaction Filtering
- Support the execution of the risk-based testing of financial crime controls, including preparing feasibility & scoping documents, testing fieldwork, report findings and validate issue remediation
- Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with staff (e.g. Business Line AFC, Divisional Control Officers) as required to drive the completion of testing and QA activity
- Keeping abreast of financial crime regulatory developments
- Assist on projects as required

**Your skills and experience**
- Working knowledge of international banking business and products with previous experience within the banking industry
- Structured and organised approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of diligence and be able to solve problems and generate innovative solutions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a Financial Crime related role
