**About the role and our team**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development specialist to work with Leaders and Future Leaders across the Public Service.

As Training Lead you will work with the Head of Learning and Development to design, deliver and implement our Leadership programmes. To enable this, you will work closely with colleagues across the Isle of Man Public Sector to identify, explore and analyse learning and development requirements.

You will assist with the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy which outlines our commitment to providing training, development and career opportunities for all employees across the Public Service. Utilising current research and analysis, you’ll ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with strategic and business objectives to provide an efficient and effective service.
