Torus Group is seeking a motivated **Extra Care Administrator**to join our Extra Care team. In this front-facing role, you’ll deliver a welcoming reception service and provide essential administrative support across our Extra Care schemes. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll help ensure residents receive responsive, person-centred care while contributing to the smooth running of our services.

**What you will be doing**:

- Play a key role in providing a customer focussed reception service in an Extra Care setting
- Provide a customer-focused reception service, responding to queries from residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Report and track repairs, liaising with residents as needed.
- Welcome visitors and contractors; arrange meeting rooms and refreshments.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and service literature.
- Maintain confidential records in line with policies and GDPR.
- Organise and archive electronic files; take and store meeting minutes.
- Support procurement processes, liaising with finance and procurement teams.
- Manage guest bedroom bookings and handle cash transactions.
- Work flexibly to meet service needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of working with older and or vulnerable people within a housing or social care environment
- Experience of providing a customer focused reception service
- Experience of providing administration support to colleagues, using excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word and Publisher
- Ability to deliver tasks and outcomes within agreed timescales
- The ability to learn in house systems effectively
- GCSE grade 4 and above education or equivalent relevant qualification, training or experience.
