About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered

- The base location for this role is Newcastle upon Tyne or any of our supply sites.

What you'll do
As Supply Chain Comms Coordinator you’ll:

- Design and deliver attractive, exciting and engaging supply chain communications.
- Create and maintain content across a variety of digital channels - videos, SharePoint, The Hub etc.
- Regularly seek and analyse feedback on quality, suitability, and engagement from our internal customers.
- Suggest ways of improving the experience of our audience, the quality of our content and the processes in place.
- Work closely with the supply chain teams to develop and enhance relevant local communications.
- Support and maintain the supply chain communications plan and update the relevant teams.
- Visit supply sites to support the digital communications rollout, as required.
- Provide administrative support when required (for example, updating planners and other documents).

About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

- The ability to create and deliver engaging content for our colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver to demanding timescales and sometimes changing priorities.
- Excellent skills in planning, prioritising, and organising.
- IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
- You are a team player, with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Are supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
- Want to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey
