This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid technical background who wants toa vital decision making role within the business in which they work.

The main purpose of this role will be to support and develop the business solutions within the ERP space of the business. The role, within our clients IT Team will help ensure **SAGE X3** business processes, configuration and changes are planned and properly implemented, supported and documented.

The role will also involve analysing business requirements, managing small enhancements projects, carrying out ERP modifications, testing software, planning/developing/installing changes and ongoing training of business users and support.

**The key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Maintain the implemented functionality of SAGE X3 ERP modules through end user support
- Interact with business to develop use case and test scenery's, conduct IT testing and support UAT testing
- Assist in query creation for reporting and data extraction(s)
- Collaborate with idea generators and create or support initial requirements definition
- Facilitate the release of major upgrades, other enhancements, and maintenance releases. Ensure that all are delivered effectively, strategically optimising the cadence and use of the environment landscape
