They are now expanding our Sage X3 team and looking for an experienced Sage X3 Consultant who’s passionate about helping clients unlock the full potential of their ERP systems. The Role As a Sage X3 Consultant , you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end Sage X3 projects, from discovery and design through to implementation, optimisation, and support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project delivers measurable value and aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support Sage X3 implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions. Configure Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet client needs. Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve processes and maximise system performance. Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the Sage practice. About You We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong consulting skills — someone who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and delivering tangible results. You’ll ideally have: Proven experience as a Sage X3 Consultant (implementation or support). Strong understanding of core Sage X3 modules — particularly Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and solution design. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. (Sage X3 certification or experience within a consultancy environment would be highly advantageous.)
