**What will you be doing as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, Swindon.?**
- **Teach independence - **Using life skills, you will assist with the care of our client's children and young people, including practical aspects such as cooking and cleaning.
- **Make a difference - **You will be committed to making a difference, supporting children and ensuring their education is supported.
- **Guide Staff - **Within this leadership role, you will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers.
- **Give Structure - **Consistency and organisation skills are key. You will create timetables, setting boundaries and expectations for the young people.
- **Support Behaviour - **You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
- **Create relationships - **You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
