**Daily duties**
- Creating tailored arrangements
- Identifying and responding to vulnerable customers
- Signposting to external organisations and charities
- Exercising forbearance where appropriate
- Helping customers reduce their debts.

**The Role**

If you’re successful, our dedicated onboarding team are there to guide new starters through the training process.

Once the training is complete and you’ve been allocated your diary, you’ll be the customers’ first point contact. You will be required to update account records and keep a well maintained and managed diary.

We adopt a, _treat others as you’d wish to be treated_, approach and ensure our plans are tailored to the needs of the individual. We listen out for cues that would indicate vulnerability and strive to achieve the best outcome for our customers on every call.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year, based on experience.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
