**Energy Solicitor - Edinburgh**
This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Energy Team in Edinburgh. This is a varied role where you will be involved in renewable energy projects, dealing with option agreements, leases, servitudes and other contracts, acting for developers, electricity companies, utility companies and landowners. Your duties will include:

- Dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes and leases, mostly acting for landowners and developers
- Advising clients on the acquisitions and sales of estate and farms
- Advising clients on acquisition and sales of forests, sporting and fishing rights, minerals and option agreements

To be considered for this position you should be at the NQ-4 years’ PQE level and have experience of renewables or rural land and business matters. (Assignment 13651)
**Infrastructure, Projects & Procurement Solicitor - Edinburgh/Glasgow**
Our client is currently recruiting a Junior Solicitor to join its growing Infrastructure, Projects, and Procurement Team. This role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
**NQ Projects Solicitor - Edinburgh or Glasgow**
This dynamic firm is currently recruiting an NQ Solicitor to join its Public Sector Team where you will advise a range of Public Sector and Energy Sector clients. This is an interesting and varied role which will involve advising on a range of contracts in relation to ICT, construction and rail.

**Power Associate - Glasgow**
Our client is seeking an ambitious experienced Solicitor to join its leading Power team in Glasgow. This role offers exposure to a broad range of areas including commercial, regulatory, M&A and projects work. It will also involve advising in other regulated utility sectors such as gas and water.
**Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Solicitor - Aberdeen**
Fantastic opportunity to join this Corporate Team working on energy and infrastructure, including oil, gas, renewables and heat. You will work within the Oil & Gas section of the team and will assist on a mix of upstream Operator and Service Sector work. Your key duties will include:

- Advising operators on all aspects of upstream operational contracts
- Advising on diligence aspects of M&A transactions,
- Advising service sector clients and operators on contractual issues in relation to all types of specialist service sector contracts, including drilling, seismic, offshore construction
- Advising on regulatory matters
- To be considered for this position you should have previous experience and a genuine interest in living and working in Aberdeen. (Assignment 14151)

**Senior Environment Solicitor - Edinburgh or Glasgow**
This international law firm has a vacancy within its recognised environment team. This specialist team’s work involves all aspects of energy and infrastructure. The role can be based from either Edinburgh or Glasgow and will offer exposure to a variety of environmental matters, in both contentious and non-contentious nature. This position will have a particular focus on transactional, project and litigation work.
