Overview:
Energy Resourcing are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Project Coordinator for our oil & gas operator client.

The project coordinator’s main role in the Project team is to provide proactive technical assistance to the integrated Project to ensure the project runs effectively. This includes coordinating a broad range of activities and interfaces under the project umbrella, including subsurface, wells, facilities, finance, technical authorities, and project stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Systems and Meetings: Coordinator will ensure the creation of the correct structure at the beginning of a project. The PC will also manage team meetings that are required to execute the work. A knowledge of the iPIMS project management framework will help in this area. Project meetings and events will be managed in the Condeco meeting room booking system.
- Organigram: The PC will help keep the team organigram current and up to date.
Action trackers need to be established, managed, and maintained covering the complete project scope. MS Teams, Excel
- Monthly Report: Assist in the preparation and delivery of the Monthly Project Report & Performance Report.
- PCAP implementation: The PCAP allows assurance oversight by technical authorities. The PC will manage the PCAP progress and prepare closure overviews.
- Operation Readiness: The PC leads the effort to complete the handover between the Project and the Asset, with the support and guidance of the ORA focal point.
- Quality Reporting: The PC supports the Quality Lead in identifying, capturing, recording, and reporting quality observations and incidents utilising the SQI database.
- Time writing Focal Point: Run monthly reports and report out to scope leads. Compare planned v’s actual timewriting monthly. Update joining and transfers form, maintain 100% TW per month for project.
- Management of Change: The PC has the role as management of change (MoC) coordinator. The MoC coordinator is the central person in the MoC Procedure verifies initial change requests: Initiates TA reviews, actions for the relevant change panel, implementation actions, readiness review and change closure; Record the decisions of the screening panel and change panel by updating the status and uploading the minutes of meeting; Keep track on current progress of the change request and will intervene when appropriate; Will provide reporting on MoC. eMoC;
- Lessons Learned: The PC helps the project team capture lessons learned. Lessons learned will be distilled into items on the global learning from experience database and actions, and include closure of actions that need to be completed by the team.
- Quality Inspection Activities: PC support with the tracking and expediting of verification and inspection activities.
- Purchase Orders and Service Entries: Create Purchase orders in sap, update commitment register and process service entries in a timely manner. Assist with closing PO’s when required.

The project coordinator will be expected to provide cover when other coordinators are on holiday or ill. Notwithstanding that a project manager has a level of freedom over how a project is run, If standard methods, as much as possible, are used then this will facilitate the providing of cover by the coordinator.

There may be other tasks within the overall team that are best completed by the project coordinators these include weekly highlights, purchasing items such as PPE, arranging travel and logistics and processing expenses for those travel and logistics and PPE etc.

Qualifications:
Previous experience within the oil & gas industry essential.
