We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing company based in Ringwood who provide flexible technology solutions servicing a national network of customers.

You will be working within the customer services team to support customers. The role is primarily customer support with order set up, delivery and 1st line technical support for the IoT, tracking and communications technology. However, you will also be requiredto work with the operations team on deliveries of the solutions to the customers.

**Principal Duties of Technical Support Assistant**:

- 1st Line Technical support for our Business Comms, IoT & Asset & Vehicle Tracking Solutions
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Pick, Pack, & Dispatch Orders
- Complete and manage tickets & tasks on our HubSpot CRM
- Manage Customer Warranty & Repairs
- Process Sales Orders and Raise PO’s to suppliers
- Booking in of new stock
- Calling customers to advise of new orders being dispatched
- Arranging engineering work both in house and for 3rd party suppliers
- Stock Control, Cycle Counts and re-ordering
