The Role

The post holder will be accountable to the Finance Manager and Directors of ROC Group.

Adhere to, uphold & exemplify the Group’s core values.

To assist in the processing or outgoing and incoming invoices.

To assist in the production of reports, documents and correspondence associated with finance.

To assist in the provision of internal administrative systems to ensure a quality service is maintained, including the operation of efficient and effective recording systems both manual and using spreadsheets.

Disseminate incoming information /documentation to relevant managers.

To provide a prompt response in relations to enquiries and correspondence from various sources.

Assist with the operation of financial systems including ensuring the receipt and prompt processing of invoices.

To assist in the processing of timesheets and staff returns.

To assist in the checking of travel expense claim forms.

General office duties.

Maintain confidentiality of information and data at all times.

Accurately input data into computerised systems (Sage Line 50/Xero)

Any other duties that may be commensurate with the post.

Job Hours

Full time - 37 hours per week

**Essential Requirements**:
An essential commicator with all members of the staff team and mangers.

Plans and organsies ouwn work to deliver quality outputs and in the production of payrolls to deadlines.

An understanding of payroll systems, spreadsheets and word processing skills required.
