Hays Social Care are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to support a client in Belfast. Your new company Hays Social Care are working with a family centre who provide accommodation and varying levels of support to families. Your new roleReporting to the Social Work Manager, your role is critical to providing an enhanced level of service for clients. As a qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for the case management of a number of clients ensuring that they learn new skills, makepositive life choices and have the best possible outcomes. Offering professional support to colleagues is also a vital aspect of this post. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will need to be a DipSW in Social Work or relevant equivalent,one year's experience, NISCC registered, have an understanding of social work assessment, knowledge of planning and intervention systems, good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, experience with child protection preferable, the abilityto manage challenging situations. Supervisory experience and working towards a post qualifying award is also desirable. Being able to drive is a bonus.
