Continuous temporary youth support worker job offering weekly pay and flexible shifts helping young people. This organisation has been doing great work in the community since 1990. Your new role As a support worker you will help young adults aged16- 25 learn how to live independently. You will empower service users and help promote their wellbeing. No day in this role will be the same, you will need to be adaptable to quickly changing situations and be open minded to the variation of service usersyou will work with. As a temporary worker, you can choose a working pattern that fits around you, with day and night shifts available. There may be an option to join the team as permanent member of staff through a display of willingness to succeed if it wouldbe something you would be interested in. If you feel that you could help encourage young people to thrive on their own out in the community and foster the skills needed for independent living, please get in touch.
