An opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join a technical data company based in Watford on a temp basis. You will be part of the Client Services Team, supporting customers with their queries.
**Duties of the role include.**
- Taking calls and provide technical advice to customers.
- Supporting managers with internal and external comms to stakeholders
- Data Entry
**Essential skills**
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Data entry experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly competent user of Excel (providing pivot tables to manipulate data)
- MS Power BI is desirable.
