A leading financial organisation are looking to hire a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, who will be responsible for providing 1 st and 2 nd line support for all IT related issues.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong experience with 2nd line (3rd line would be desirable)
- Knowledge of O365
- Knowledge of Azure technology stack
- Ticket management system experience i.e. ServiceNow, ITSM
- Experience with SCCM or Intune
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
