Brand Executive

**Job Description** Do you have a passion for building brands and a keen eye for detail? Are you excited by the prospect of working for a leading investment platform?**

We're looking for a creative and organised Brand Executive to join our team and play a vital role in driving brand awareness and engagement for AJ Bell. In this fast-paced role, you'll work with the Brand Team to support the execution of our brand strategy.

**What does the job involve?**
- Support the delivery of all our through-the-line brand communications activity.
- Help craft and communicate our brand message through internal communications channels.
- Develop campaign briefs to enhance AJ Bell's employer brand awareness.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain group website content, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Build and maintain a library of approved brand visuals for use across offline and online marketing channels.
- Play an active role in managing our visual and tone-of-voice guidelines and using them to consult all areas of the business.
- Oversee the ongoing campaign development process.

**Competence, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Marketing experience, particularly with offline and online campaign development and execution.
- Confidence and experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven track record of updating website content (basic HTML knowledge a plus).
- A creative and enthusiastic mind that thrives on generating new ideas.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- The flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line media.
