**Job Description**:
Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Nottingham

**Salary**: £26-28K, dependent on experience
Our client, a leading 3PL Fulfilment company, are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brand-new warehouse in Nottingham. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the team's activities daily. You will be the main go to for your staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet operational targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of warehouse operatives to ensure that they are working to the best of their abilities and meeting targets
- Organise and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and promote a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner
- Continually evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standards

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse management role, with a proven track record of managing teams to achieve targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement and maintain them within the warehouse environment
- Experience working with inventory management systems and computer literate
