As a Customer Engagement Officer you will work
**collaboratively** with colleagues, communities and partners to ensure customers are actively involved in shaping, informing and influencing our services in line with our strategic aims, values, policies and operational standards. You will promote and deliver
**consistent, high quality customer engagement** across all service areas, divisions and neighbourhoods.

Working within the team you will maximise the capacity of customers by providing and delivering tailored training and support. You will
**support and encourage** customers to become involved in scrutiny, service improvement and the governance of LiveWest. You will ensure that customers have
**equal opportunities **for involvement and you will identify and engage under-represented or minority groups.

This role is being offered on a
** part time**,
**permanent** basis, working
**18 hours **per week and is based in our
**Weston-super-Mare **office. A hybrid working style is an option.

To be considered for the role of Customer Engagement Officer you will be/have:

- Experience of working with customers to improve customer engagement levels.
- Experience of engagement using a variety of traditional and digital methods.
- Knowledge of social housing policy, good practice and the current landscape.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Effective project management skills.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
- A full valid UK/EU driving licence and access to appropriate vehicle.
