Our client is a global Advertising and Communications company who are looking for an experienced **Business Partner** to join their Employee Relations team for a 6 month contract.**
**As the ER Business Partner you will be working closely with the ER Lead for the UK&I. Your goal during this 6 month FTC will be to develop the employee relations function and ensure that it is meeting the strategic objectives of the company. You'llneed to balance this with positioning employee relations as a strategic function within the HR team. It will be your responsibility to lead the company's collective activities and special projects, such as restructures and re-organisations, consultations,TUPE etc. This is very much a people-focused role and will require you to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.**You must have previous senior employee relations experience, managing strategic projects and dealing with senior stakeholders.This is a 6 month FTC paying £45-55K and you must be available to start within one week as this ER Business Partner positionis an urgent fill.
