**CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR** Working within a Busy Construction company that deliver public and private sector projects of all sizes. Our aim is to create great results for our customers and partners by providing expertise across a broad range of market sectors. **Key Objectives** - To provide effective administrative support to the Contracts staff - Maintaining and inputting of data on to the in house system - Carry out all clerical office duties as required. **Main Responsibilities** - Provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager - Produce H&S and Environmental folders for new sites - Ensure all project drawings are printed from various main contractor project portals. - Ensure all relevant O&M Manuals are complete. - Chase sites for Weekly returns - Format reports / documents / presentations - Checking competency matrix for training qualification expiry dates - Updating training matrix - Booking meeting rooms - Document control - Organising the scanning and archiving of historic and current documentation - General point of contact for reception and facilities including answering telephone, taking messages and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner **Qualifications, Skills and Experience** - Educated to GCSE standard (A-C) including Math and English - Strong technical skills across all Microsoft packages including Windows, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel (formulas). - Able to use IT based tools to offer high standards of visible and written communication - Must be able to work as part of a highly motivated team to ensure all deadlines are met - Solid admin work history - Good attention to detail - Actively promote and act in accordance with the company culture and values - Oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all teams - Proven experience at working within a dynamic constantly changing environment - Able to prioritise and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment to meet the demands of the team - Highly organised with a "can do" flexible and adaptable attitude - Excellent communications skills and have the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with people at all levels **Benefits**: - Life insurance - On-site parking **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £17,500.00-£21,500.00 per year **Benefits**: - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Profit sharing Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: One location
