We are currently working with a Unicorn, technology start up in their search for a Senior Interim Talent Acquisition Manager, to recruit Go To Market / Enterprise Sales roles. The role will be for an initial 6 month period and can be based from anywhere.

Our client is a high growth technology organisation, selling solutions to large enterprise clients. They currently operate across the UK, EMEA, US and APAC, with plans to increase headcount from 300 to 450 asap.

Our client is looking for:

- Previous experience in recruiting go-to-market / enterprise sales professionals
- A strong recruitment background, with prior experience of having worked for a scaling technology organisation
- Previous in-house recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Prior international recruitment experience would be beneficial
