Talent Acquisition Advisor – 6 Month Interim

We are exclusively managing a confidential search for an interim talent acquisition professional to support a global specialty insurance firm through a critical period of growth and transformation.

Key Role Details:

  • Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor (6–7 month fixed-term contract)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: London, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
  • Salary: Up to £55,000
  • Strong probability of permanent extension, depending on new leadership plans in 2026

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on role to support the busy HR and recruitment team as they manage a significant backlog of hiring—currently 40–50 requisitions ranging from junior to senior level, across areas such as claims, underwriting, and reinsurance. You'll join a professional, well-established HR function where attention to detail and service excellence are expected, and bring real energy to help uplift standards across the team.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an in-house recruiter or talent acquisition advisor, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Professional, confident communicator who can work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable screening applications, conducting and arranging interviews, and updating recruitment systems
  • Ready to contribute to team culture and model service excellence
