**As our Care Worker, you will receive**:

- £10.20 per hour **Monday **to **Friday**:

- £11.00 per hour **Saturday **and **Sunday**:

- Overtime rates for when you work outside your normal hours
- **Drivers **get £0.50 for each appointment plus milage (paid at £0.30 per mile)
- Guaranteed hours or variable hours contract - You can choose

- Paid for your training - induction training £120.00 (*conditions apply) and NMW for training completed while you work for us

**When can you start?**

We need you to complete our mandatory induction process. This includes us obtaining a minimum of two references for you and a satisfactory DBS. You will have eLearning and classroom training to complete, this can be done in your own timeframe but the quicker it is completed the quicker we can have you working.

**The Care Worker Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering **person-centered** care services to our service users; this includes recording information and client-specific tasks for every call. This doesn’t always involve personal care, but companionship and medication administration too.
