Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech start-up based in central London, is seeking a Head of User Experience (UX) to lead their team and drive the company's vision for revolutionizing the way people manage their finances and investments. With a recent £20 million in funding from a global Private Equity firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an exciting start-up at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the UX team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that enhance user experience
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create user-centric solutions that meet business objectives
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the company's digital products and services
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in UX design and user research

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in User Centred Design, with a track record of delivering successful digital products and services
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of UX designers and researchers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in UX design and user research

This is a full-time role based in central London, with 1 day per week required to work in the office. Our client is offering a brilliant salary, equity, and benefits package.
