Our client is looking for a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join their Wythall based team.
**What We're Looking For**
**Essential**
- Experience of operating in a regulated Financial Services organisation with detailed knowledge of operational risk and regulatory requirements in relation to financial services, with at least 5 years' experience and understanding of the operation of anasset management function or asset manager.
- Evidence of building and maintaining wide stakeholder networks and relationships across a large organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and gravitas including experience of reporting and presenting at senior management / executive level.
- Demonstrate sound risk awareness and judgement.
- UK Travel will be required at times.
**Desirable**
- A sound understanding of life and pensions operations.
- A professional qualification or related degree
- Experience of working in and the risks associated with an 'Open' business - one that brings on board new customers and develops new propositions, as well as looking after all existing open products and customers.
