Nuneaton, United Kingdom InXpress Full time

Are you looking for something varied, challenging. Can you multi-task. Can you decipher and prioritise urgent jobs from less urgent jobs. Are you a quick thinker, a problem solver, and good with people. Can you keep a level head and engage with others on a professional level.

We're looking for a confident, self motivated individual to join our small friendly team. This job involves commercial decision making and lateral thinking. If this is you, we'd like to hear from you.

InXpress is a global parcel freight and shipping business, with over 400 offices worldwide. Each office is individually owned and run. So whilst this position is within a large global franchise organisation, the team you will work in, is small. There is however a large head office franchise support function, of which we liaise with daily.

On a larger scale, you will help maintain, develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Ensure that customer enquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being provided. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement to further improve our overall service offering.

Knowledge of the parcel and freight industry isn't essential, but it would be an advantage.

Applicants should be able to work well under pressure, and most definitely be able to multi-task. You should possess a friendly, clear, and professional phone manner. Good writing skills are essential as there is just as much written communication as there is verbal over the phone. You should have exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Good technical skills with the ability to navigate around various online portals and website is essential. Whilst this is not an IT role, it does require a good level of technical competence. This position also requires a degree of mental arithmetic.

If you're interested in joining a hard working small team, with great working conditions, and you’re up for the challenge, write to us and tell us a bit more about yourself.
