**Description**:
It’s an exciting time to join IT here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us drive the monitoring of processes and practices against agreed performance and conformance goals, we are looking for an individual with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence, to provide excellent reporting and governance material and support with the planning and tracking of governance and reporting activities, to in turn drive the required decisions at each relevant governance forums.
At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and for this role, one of our AXA offices in either Bristol, Bolton, Tunbridge Wells, and in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
**What you’ll be doing;**
- Collect relevant, timely, complete, credible and accurate data to collate into regular reporting packs to demonstrate objectives have been achieved, deliverables obtained, performance targets met, and risk mitigated.
- Contribute to the operation of governance activities, ensuring appropriate papers are produced to evidence that CIO processes and practices are performing against agreed performance and conformance goals and metrics, taking input from senior management across the IT organisation
- Manage the tracking, reporting and escalation of governance actions to ensure that CIO processes and practices are operating in line with targets
- Liaise with key senior stakeholders and delegates to ensure reporting continues to meet business needs and manage a continuous improvement process
- Support ad-hoc report production across UK&I CIO function
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent understanding of the business and key CIO stakeholders
- Prior experience of producing Executive level packs and communications that drive engagement and the required outcomes
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically and navigate high levels of ambiguity
- Exceptional relationship building and business partnering skills
