**About the role**
Part of the wider HR function, you will report to the HR Business Partner for Walgreens Boots Alliance HR Shared Services. Working as part of a small team responsibilities will include:

- Administration for the new starter process including paperwork preparation of offer letters to system set
- Act as first point of contact for all reward and benefit queries
- Completion/update of monthly org charts across the Walgreens Boots Alliance group
- Maintenance of the Global employee engagement survey data for all Walgreens Boots Alliance employees
- Management of the absence process
- Supporting the administrative elements of the annual pay review and bonus process

**What you’ll need to have**
- Experience of co-ordination or administration within an HR or people environment
- Strong and accurate communication skills
- High level of integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organisational skills including proactive planning, time management and delivering to deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills

**It would be great if you also have**
- Fluency in another European language
- Experience of working with Resourcelink or other HR Databases
