Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in **St Austell**, **provides support for people with **Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health** **needs and Acquired Brain Injuries**

**About our Service**:
A beautiful complex of 3 properties comprising of a converted 4 bedroom barn where 4 ladies live and 2 single occupancy annexes. There is a communal courtyard which is perfect for social gatherings and warm evening BBQ’s which are a firm favourite with the people we support there. The property is within walking distance of local amenities but situated in a rural location. 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available.

**As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including**
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

**Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development**
