Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd are looking for an experienced Complex Care support worker in St Austell, with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our fantastic organisation to support gentleman in his own home.

We are looking for experienced support workers who are motivated and reliable with the passion for providing bespoke care and support.

**_Requirements for the position: _**
⦁ A full clean driving licence is preferred.
⦁ A minimum of 6 months health and social care experience is required for this role, however transferable skills and personal experience will be considered.

⦁ You will have a dedicated care manager and access to our 24 hour On-call service with ongoing training and supervision. There are friendly and knowledgeable staff in head office who are always happy to assist.
