Spectrographic Limited, based in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, provides a comprehensive range of new and refurbished metallographic equipment and consumables for material science analysis and quality inspection procedures. We offer:

- A comprehensive range of new and used metallurgical equipment
- Specialist advice for all metal testing procedures
- Microscopic image and inspection analysis
- Hardness testing equipment
- Installations, calibrations and servicing

This is a very varied job and will involve:

- Assist and learn the Warehouse processes from creating the required paperwork, packaging of the goods and arranging transport to customer. Also dealing with incoming stock.
- Administrative tasks such as producing quotations, processing sales orders, order acknowledgements, invoices, credit control and data input for accounts department.
- Arrange appointments for field sales staff and follow up on potential leads
- Build and maintain prospect database and act on all relevant tasks and activities
- Production of Spec sheets/mail shots using Adobe/Creative cloud
- Outbound calling to businesses throughout the UK and dealing with incoming calls

**Requirements**:

- Strong telephone manner, clarity and confidence over the phone
- Success orientated and keen to win attitude - highly motivated
- Strong prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Computer literacy is essential and Adobe/Creative cloud experience would be useful along with Excel and database management.
- A good level of physical fitness is required for the work within the warehouse
- Experience in a sales and/or marketing environment advantageous.

This is a full time position 38.5 hrs per week, including paid lunch breaks. Part time could be available. Competitive salary, pension scheme and bonuses
