Hours of Work: 09.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £20k to £23k basic with realistic OTE of 30k, plus uncapped commission

Are you an experienced Telesales executive who is looking to earn £30k+

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our clients expanding B2C sales team in Guiseley, Leeds.

You will need to have your own transport to get to the location.

You will have a strong focus on building and maintaining an excellent rapport with customers to help them along their journey, you will respond to customer sales enquires, actioning outgoing sales calls and appointment making - NO COLD CALLING

**Responsibilities**:
Convert warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.

Create your own sales opportunities from our existing customer enquiries, setting appointments for our sales Surveyors.

Action outgoing sales calls to promote company products, services and to secure sales.

Maintain regular B2C contact and touch-point frequency with existing leads, build and maintain product/sales focus with our customers.

Accurately maintain internal CRM database thus enabling specific targeting of the right customer at the right time.

Provide an exceptional customer service experience ensuring they are highly satisfied at every opportunity.

**Experience**:
Confident and capable communication skills with proven B2C telesales / customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate drive to achieve sales conversion targets on a weekly & monthly basis.

Ability to switch between sales canvassing and appointment setting.

Expertise influencing, negotiating, and overcoming objections.

Full IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
