Trainee Administrator Company Profile:

Trainee Administrator Duties:
**Processing new customer leads that have come from the Marketing Team
**Generate new opportunity numbers on CRM for new projects.
**Create & issue the DRF to send to the Design Team along with plans to get drawings issued
**Collate quotations from third party suppliers for projects on behalf of the Sales Managers
**Updating Sales managers and project managers and assisting with admin duties
**Follow up deposit invoices that have been sent to the client
**Other ad hoc tasks that are needed
**Ability to communicate well with different departments
**Must be able to think creatively
**Excellent customer service skills
**Ability to prioritise tasks
**Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Organised and detail orientated
Trainee Administrator Package:
**Salary**: £22,000
Hours: 8am - 5pm (3pm finish on a Friday)
Location: Crewe
Full time office based, with the view of hybrid working once fully trained
