**We have an excellent opportunity for a German speaker to join a niche business event and exhibition company with strong links to Germany, working on event planning, client relationships and administration to the event and final production.**

**COMPANY BACKGROUND**
Our client is a niche, successful business from the exciting business event and exhibition company, working with many UK based companies that embark on exhibiting at some of Europe’s most prestigious business events, mostly taking places in Germany

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
In order to plan and manage the whole event and exhibition coordination between UK clients and exhibition halls and companies in Germany they wish to hire an Event & Exhibition Coordinator. Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients (UK based companies) and assist them with their proposed exhibition plans for events in Germany
- Liaise with the exhibitions centres in Germany with the planning of the event (stand size, attending requirements, costings, logistics, hotels etc)
- Be the primary customer contact for technical and business enquiries
- Travel to Germany as and when required to meet colleagues in Germany and clients exhibiting at events
- Manage post events relations to clients, marketing details, event feedback, social media uploads
- Manage any administration and correspondence required by clients
- Feedback to the management on events

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Fluency in English is essential - fluency or an excellent level also in German is also ideally required
- Previous commercial experience such as administration, project managing, account managing
- Excellent people, communication and presentation skills
- An ability to manage multiple tasks at different time frames throughout the calendar year of events
- Proactive problem solver and ability to manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail

**SALARY**
£26,000 - £30,000
