Service Driver

Established in 2004, o3 Group are market leaders in providing washroom, hygiene and facilities products and services including the world’s leading hand dryer brands.

We require a **Service Engineer**for an immediate start.

**Role will include;**
- All servicing of washroom hygiene equipment, including but not limited to

**Daily**
- Air Freshener replenishment
- FemiBin & BabyBin replacement (Sanitary and Nappy bins)
- Removing and replacing laundered dust and logo mats
- Deliveries (hand carrying or using a trolley) including some heavy lifting (e.g. 25kg bags of salt)

**Weekly**
- Servicing Air steriliser
- Servicing waterless urinals
- Servicing fly-killers
- Soap dispenser installation and/or refilling

**Less frequently**
- Hand dryer servicing
- Servicing hand towel cabinets & dispensers
- Installing and servicing baby changing tables
- Installing and maintaining waterless urinals - basic plumbing
- Installing flyscreens
- Installing and servicing water coolers
- Store-work, organising, preparing etc, as per business servicing requirements

As we use a hand-held job scheduling, routing and customer signature system, a comfort in using a smartphone is necessary.

The focus of the role is on the washroom hygiene and facilities services within Northern Ireland with occasional work in Dublin and the border counties of Southern Ireland.

Throughout the year you will be working with the o3 group of companies some of which will be seasonally focused with others requiring a year-round approach. Companies and brands within the group include: NI Washrooms, Belfast Salt Company, ehanddryers, NI Water Coolers, NI Logo Mats, Aertek, driplate®

You will be working from a rurally located office (no farming experience necessary) with good access to the A1 and approximately 10 mins from Lisburn, Hillsborough and Dromore.

£26,000 rising to £26,500 upon completion of 6 month probationary period, rising to £27,000+ after 12 months satisfactory service, reviewed annually.

Additional holidays awarded based on duration of service.

You will be responsible for your own van on a daily basis and may spend long hours driving. The van is parked overnight at the stores address (Lisburn area) from where you will start and end your day.

Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
- A full, clean UK driving license
- The ability to work overtime when required (this will be announced in advance of likelihood when possible, but some days may run on especially during holidays or other busy times). Evenings and weekend work are rarely required.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality
- A calm and organised manner.
- The ability to work overtime in the afternoon. This is usually pre-announced but days may run on due to workload/traffic/ access etc

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage; plumbing, electrical, joinery, fitting or previous experience in a service engineer role or similar.

Pay: £26,900.00-£28,500.00 per year
