**Role** - Trainee/Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

**Location** - Reading

**Package** - £20K - £24K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45K

You’ll be working closely with the directors and top performers,receiving lots of 1-2-1 coaching. Our client has a big focus on organic growth and only promote from within.

**The Requirements**:

- 2:1 Degree from top UK university or 2 years solid sales experience
- Money motivated
- High level sport (desirable)
