Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

**Role**: Entry Level/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £20,000 - £22, 000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K Year 2) (£70K Year 3)

Due to huge growth plans, our client offers a unique opportunity of growth and progression. Looking to more than double the business size this year, our client is looking for ambitious sales professionals to join them on their journey of success.

**The Role**

You will manage your own workload whilst being overseen by a sector experienced manager. This is a targeted environment that places performance & client satisfaction at the top of the list, so you will need exceptional communication skills, confidence toput yourself out of your comfort zone, a fine eye for detail & competitive drive to push you to succeed against your peers.

- As a Trainee you’ll receive £500 per deal

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top University or 2 Years sales experience
- Confident and outgoing

- Commercially savvy

- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
