Due to continued growth, our Sunderland based site have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor, to join our expanding team.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll use your knowledge and experience to support our internal teams and build trusted relationships with external customers. Whether advising on the right product or ensuring timely delivery, you’ll be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

Previous experience in a parts environment and familiarity with distribution/trade counter sales businesses is preferable as well as having an awareness and understanding of maintaining sales and margin.

**You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Provide exceptional service to both trade and retail customers, supporting them with accurate advice and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
- Accurately process orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at every stage
- Work independently and as part of a team to keep things moving at pace

**Do you have what it takes to be a Quickco colleague? We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience in a parts environment is essential, paired with a background in customer service
- Confidence to work successfully both independently through managing their own tasks, while also being a supporting team player who collaborated well and contributes to shared success
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
- A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential
