HR & RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR

4 DAYS PER WEEK - 30 HOURS - £17,160 PER ANNUM

MONDAY TO THURSDAY

We currently have a vacancy in our HR team at Dalziel Park, Motherwell for the role of HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator

The overall purpose of the HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator role is to have responsibility for the day to day administrative tasks of the HR department. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR admin related queries and will support the HR Manager and Training and Recruitment Co-ordinator in departmental projects.

Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include:

- All admin duties within the HR, recruitment, training function
- Analysis and management of absence records and processes
- Holiday reporting and management
- Coordination of the probation review process
- Coordination and management of the company culture initiative
- Ensure employee records are kept up to date within the HR database
- Conducting exit interviews
- Payroll Administration
- Assisting HR Manager and Training Co-ordinator with departmental projects
- Other administrative/ support activities as required

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good time management
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with HR systems desirable
- Computer literate
- Experience with Microsoft Office programmes
- Approachable
