We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for an initial 12 month contract, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Our client offers a modern office environment, free parking and excellent benefits.
The role is a true HR generalist remit where you will be the main point of contact for a full range of people issues within the business, working closely with the HR Business Partner. You will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK employment law,ERprocedures and processes including employment tribunals, disability, diversity and equal opportunities.
**The role will also offer the opportunity to gain experience in;**:

- Driving employee development plans and performance management
- Leading on-boarding, induction and the probation process
- Monitor and lead employee engagement processes e.g. new starter surveys, stay interviews, exit questionnaires and interview, reviewing trends and providing recommendations to HR Business Partner
- Gather and provide people data reports
- Write and present information briefings on a range of HR topics
