**Your Role**
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in the daily lives of the children in our care. From emotional support to day-to-day routines, you’ll be a consistent, caring presence — a trusted adult who helps children feel safe, valued, and empowered.

You’ll work closely with a team of professionals including team leaders, deputy managers, and therapists to provide holistic care tailored to each child’s unique needs. Every day is different — and every day, your work _matters_.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and young people
- Support with routines, schoolwork, life skills, and emotional wellbeing
- Be a consistent presence in the lives of children who’ve faced trauma or adversity
- Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
- Help implement care plans, attend meetings, and liaise with professionals
- Provide key work sessions, track progress, and keep clear records
- Support children in accessing the community, education, and hobbies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment

**Who You Are**:

- You have experience in a residential childcare setting (preferred)
- You’re passionate about making a difference
- You’re calm under pressure, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
- You’re resilient, compassionate, and able to set clear, healthy boundaries
- You have or are working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- You’re a team player who values communication, consistency, and growth
- A full UK driving licence is desirable

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
