Office Coordinator

**Your mission**:
As Office Coordinator for our Nottingham HQ, you’ll be an integral part of the Operations team, responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the studio’s workspaces and fostering a positive working environment.
We’re a people-first company, so you’ll be passionate about delivering excellent service to your internal stakeholders and you’ll work closely with our Operations & Marketing Teams to champion our culture.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintain a very well organised, tidy and enjoyable studio environment
- Ensure meeting rooms are well maintained, doing daily walkarounds to check the space is always client-ready
- Order and maintain kitchen, office, cleaning and washroom supplies
- Managing international and regional shipping of IT equipment and corporate gifting, including dealing with customs paperwork and returns
- Request and coordinate any office repairs, shredding, or related business service needs
- Driving the social activities and celebrations within the studio, and working with the Ops & Marketing Team to organise regular events, locally, internationally and online.
- Supporting our Operations Administrator with vendors and service providers
- Book regional and international travel and accommodation as required
- Manage car parking calendar for the Senior Leadership Team
- Proactively identify problems and solutions
- Other duties as assigned
**What we'd love to see from you**
- A proven Office Coordinator with strong front of house experience
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience to all stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable giving instructions and guidance to others regardless of status
- Solutions focussed, with a flexible attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including maintaining confidentiality
- While the majority of the team are able to choose a hybrid work from home or office week, this role will require you to work in the studio 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional out of hours support with events or building / maintenance issues
