Private Equity Associate

An unmissable opportunity for a 4-6 PQE Private Equity Associate to join an innovative and high performing team at a leading US firm.
The Firm
- We are working with an International leading US firm with a global turnover of nearly £2 billion this year.
- The firm's London office currently boasts over 140 lawyers and 25 partners.
- Ranked as a leading law firm for private equity by IFLR1000 2020
- They offer a highly competitive benefits package, including; a technology allowance, gym allowance, life assurance and enhanced family leave.
The Role
- Focus on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally.
- Drafting and negotiating locked box and completion accounts SPAs, management incentive documents (including leaver terms) and shareholders' agreements.
- Supervising junior colleagues on NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and other ancillary documents.
- Qualified in England & Wales or in a common law jurisdiction.
- 4-6 years' PQE from a top private equity practice in the London market.
- All applicants are required to have a vast wealth of experience in Private Equity transactions.
- Exceptional academic record
