Harmony haven home are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team within a specialist EBD Children’s Residential Home in the Kettering area.
**Service Description**
- Small EBD Residential Children’s Home for children 5-17 years.
**Job Purpose**
- To assist the Manager in providing a high-quality service for children and young people requiring care.
- To lead by example and maintain good professional practices.
- To take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of our children and young people while on duty.
- To ensure all children have a plan, risk assessment, behaviour management plan, and any other necessary plans.
- To lead shift plans and weekly plans, guiding and supporting staff to implement them.
**Person Specification**
- Experience: Experience working within a childcare setting, experience with traumatised children and those with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Level 3 or 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner /Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)

**Experience**:
- Residential Children's care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Level 3/4 NVQ in Residential Childcare (preferred)
Pay: £25,880.00-£30,100.00 per year
