Support Worker role at Salutem Care and Education Location: Kettering, England, United Kingdom Southleigh is a 14‑bed residential care home in Kettering supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities. We provide a high level of support to enable all the people we support to meet their personal goals and future aspirations. The residents enjoy a vibrant daily schedule that includes cooking and baking, arts and crafts, visits to local sites such as Rushden Lakes, and a wide variety of leisure activities. About You We are looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. You should have the ability to create a welcoming environment, be able to assist with daily care tasks, and bring enthusiasm to each shift, whether day, night, or flexible hours. About The Role Each day will be different. Your main focus is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. This is not a typical 9‑5 role – you may work days, nights, and flexible shifts, including sleep‑in duties. Throughout your time with us you will progress into higher responsibility roles, and as you gain expertise your rate increases.
